Doug Richard joined the Wild Things as an Account Executive in January of 2026, returning to pro baseball, where he spent a season as an Operations intern with the Evansville Otters in 2012. Doug, a Dallastown, Pennsylvania, native, will manage ticket accounts in premium sales, season tickets, individual sales and group sales and help manage and run theme nights and community nights while assisting the sales staff in other ways as well.
He spent 10 seasons in various roles with the Washington Commanders, most recently serving as Senior CRM Coordinator. He also served in roles as a Ticket Operations Coordinator and as an Account Executive, managing Premium Seating and Reserved Seating. He's also served as a tournament employee for various PGA Tour events.
Doug graduated from Dallastown Area High School before matriculating to California University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest California), where he graduated with a B.S. in Sports Management.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys LEGO, video games and attending comedy clubs and sporting events. He has two cats, Dice and Jeter and a dog, Dexter. His favorite TV show is Veep and his favorite movie is Miracle.
