Wild Things Fall to Crushers
WASHINGTON, PA - The Washington Wild Things (2-2) started at three game series against the Lake Erie Crushers (3-1), Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Sprenger Stadium. In the outing, the Wild Things fell to the Crushers with a score of 4-2.
LHP Hunter Williams (0-1) started on the mound for the Wild Things. In his 5.0 innings on the mound, Williams produced 10 strikeouts. LHP Connor Reed picked up the win for Lake Erie.
Bralin Jackson (1) and Kane Sweeney (1) led the Wild Things’ offense, each blasting one homerun. DH Jace Conrad and SS Trevin Sonnier each produced hits during the outing.
