Faith, Freedom and Family-Fun Coming to CONSOL Energy Park

WASHINGTON, PA – The Washington Wild Things and CONSOL Energy Park will be hosting a “Faith and Freedom Night.” The Sunday, July 17, 2016 event will feature guest speakers Rose Tennent, Pennsylvania State Representative Rick Saccone and Grant Fink who will share testimonials about their personal trials. The festivities begin at 5:05 p.m. with the game to follow.

Rose Tennent will speak first; she will speak of her personal experiences. Tennent is the host of Rose Unplugged, and frequently guest hosts for the Sean Hannity radio program and the Hannity TV Show. Saccone served our country for more that a decade as a United States Air Force Counterintelligence and Special Agent; he has also served as our State Representative since 2010, being reelected twice. Saccone will speak about personal tribulations, and how faith has played a significant part in his story. Fink will speak third; he will share a story of his own faith, and how it intertwines with being a professional athlete.

Fans are invited to stay after the competition to listen to other Washington Wild Things and Pennsylvania Rebellion players share their personal faith stories, and how it has affected their lives, as well as athletic careers.

“We are ecstatic to have incredible guest speakers for our ‘Faith and Freedom Night’. Our fans are in for a real treat from the moment they step foot in the stadium to the moment they leave,” said Elana Williams, Director of Operations for CONSOL Energy Park. “It is truly going to be a night celebrating everyone’s faith, and honoring and remembering the brave men and women that have sacrificed and continue to sacrifice for our freedom.”

Special group rates of $8 per person are available for this event for churches, youth groups, military personnel and veterans.
